Coronavirus – Update 4
Bright Brown would like to reassure clients that we are operating as usual with a combination of staff working from home and in the office.
We will be keeping the office open between 9 am and 5 pm so that you can drop off or collect your records, however, in order to safeguard both you and our staff, we will not be holding client appointments during the second lockdown period. Our staff are all contactable by telephone and if needed, meetings can be arranged over facetime or Zoom.
We will continue to keep up to date with government guidelines as we balance our intention to provide the best service we can with the safety of both clients and staff.

Polite Reminder
We are more than happy to welcome our customers into the Bright Brown offices (with appointments), as such, we would like to remind any visitors they are required to wear a mask / face covering whilst within the building. This is to keep both you and our staff safe as well as adhering to the Government guidelines.

Coronavirus – Update 3
Please note that our offices are now open between 9 am and 5 pm so that you can drop off or collect your records. Directors and staff continue to be available to take your calls and most will be working in the office from August onwards. If your issue cannot be resolved by telephone, facetime or Zoom and you need to call in, please ensure that you book in advance so that we can accommodate you safely. In line with Government guidance we will be keeping a record of all visitors who are on the premises for over 15 minutes.
Our intention is to provide the best service that we can, whilst doing our utmost to ensure the health and safety of our staff and client visitors.

Please note that in line with the Government’s recommendation, the Bright Brown Team are working from home and the office is currently closed for client visits. If you need to speak with a member of our team please initially contact the director who deal with your affairs by calling them on:

Coronavirus – Update
We would like to reassure our clients that we are currently operating as usual. Using a combination of staff working from home and some working from the office, we expect to be able to provide the best service possible. Staff working from home will be able to log in remotely and carry out their work without interruption. They will also be able to answer your calls by means of call diversion.
In order to minimise risks to yourselves and to our staff we would ask that, rather than coming into the office for meetings, you arrange a telephone or facetime appointment instead until future notice.
Please would you continue to drop records into the office as usual until advised otherwise.
The above measures are all temporary and we will continue to keep up to date with government guidelines. Should we need to completely close the offices in future we will let you know, however we will aim to minimise disruption to you wherever possible.
The government have announced various measures to help small businesses, such as business rates holidays, grant funding and loan schemes, however at present there is no detail regarding either eligibility or how to claim. As soon as details become available we will let you know.
HMRC have launched a help line for anyone concerned about paying their tax – the number is 0800 0159 559.
